No. You need not purchase license for solvers in order to use our web services. The investment
in hardware and solvers is made by Lognor. You will pay as per usage only. This will
greatly reduce your IT expenses.

Yes. You need to purchase license for solvers in order to use product versions.
3. How do you ensure security for our data?
Of course, your data will be absolutely secure. When the ASP.Net web service is
called, the data will be passed to the server after encryption. The server will
throw the results back in encrypted file which will be decrypted by you only in
your local machine. So your data will be absolutely secure.
You need not purchase license for solvers in
order to use our web services. But if you still want to execute the optimization in your local machine,
you need to purchase license for solvers and please
contact us for more licensing options.
4. Is there any initial setup fee to use your web services?
Yes,
setup fee for each distribution center is charged
to cover our set up cost.

Yes, you can cancel our web services at any time.
6. What is the pricing for your web services
and product versions?

7. If we require your web services simultaneously for several of our
distribution centers, won’t it take long time to get results from the server?
We will run your simultaneous web service requests in multiple servers in order
to meet your timing requirements.
8. Do you provide sample code to integrate your web services into our existing
TMS (Transportation Management System)?
Yes, we provide the sample code.
9. How long will it take to integrate your web services into our existing TMS?
It is quite simple. It should take just few hours.
10. Can we use your web services without integrating into our TMS?
Yes, you can use our web services interface directly without integrating into
your TMS.
11. Suppose if the server is hang, will your maintenance people resolve the
issue immediately?
Yes, our maintenance people will continuously monitor all the servers and
resolve the issues quickly.
12. Do you provide free trial before buying the web services?
Yes, we provide 30-day fully functional free trial access.
For network optimization module alone, we do not provide trial version because
the users need only one run in a year or so. For all other modules, we provide
trial version.
13. How many optimization instances can I run during free trial period?
You can run maximum of 1 optimization instance per day during free trial period.
14. When do we get the results when we submit data during free trial period?
Normally within 24 hours, you will get the results during the free trial period.
For free trial access, the server will assign your optimization instances to the
optimization engine depending on the server availability.
15. Can we have multiple users simultaneously for our company?
Yes, we can assign multiple usernames and passwords for multiple users.
16. Do you provide distance data that will be used by your optimization web
services?
No. We do not provide distance data. The customers in different countries have
to provide the distance data to us before starting to use our web services and
these data will be stored in our database in order to be used by our
optimization model.
